Experience boutique luxury lodges with private wellness facilities at Isles of Fleet Retreat. Our two lodges, Ardwall and Barlocco, are named after the islands they overlook, offering breathtaking panoramic sea views.

Nestled in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway’s stunning countryside, these newly installed, single-level lodges provide the perfect couples’ escape. Thoughtfully designed with stylish interiors and private wellness areas offering an idyllic base for exploring the surrounding coast and countryside. Built from high-performance structural insulated panels, each lodge combines air-tight construction with superb thermal efficiency, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Each lodge accommodates two guests in an open-plan living space featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen and luxury en-suite shower room. The living space also features king-sized bed, sofa and oak media wall with 50″ Smart TV, Electric Fire and 4G Wi-Fi. Step outside to your generous south-facing decking area, complete with outdoor furniture and glass balustrade screening and private parking. Or enjoy your own exclusive wellness area with a wood-fired thermowood barrel sauna and cold waterfall shower. The perfect combination to experience the rejuvenating benefits of hot-cold therapy.

Whether you wish to relax in the wellness area, dine al fresco, or simply soak in the sea views and dark, starry skies, the choice is entirely yours!

Despite our peaceful rural location, Isles of Fleet Retreat is easily accessible. We are just 1.5 hours from Carlisle, 2.5 hours from Edinburgh or Newcastle, and under 2 hours from Glasgow. For guests travelling in electric vehicles, an EV charging point is conveniently available on-site.
